This patient is from France, 34 years old. She had her first sex reassignment surgery in Germany in 2021 with Penile inversion technique, but the results were unsatisfactory. Due to her lack of sexual function, The depth of the vagina canal is only 3 inches, her inability to perform dilation, and the appearance of the genitals that are quite strange causing her some level of stress. Although there may be difficulty urinating at first. but overall in the second follow-up Her results were very good, She said the dilation went well. No pain and able to solve her problems very well
Final follow-up before she flew back to France
She came to the clinic, with asking for some advice on taking medicine as she still had a slight pain. The doctor advised that she could continue taking tramadol, but would need to gradually reduce her dosage in the future. She looks very happy with the result.
