The patient wants to correct his sagging skin in scrotum because
according to him, he wants to improve his scrotum skin not to look older and sag. Her late girlfriend also grabs his testicles and told him too much skin darling. So, he decided to find a plastic surgery clinic in Thailand that offer plastic surgery for men to make his confidence back. During the consultation:
Dr. Theerapong Poonyakariyagorn recommends doing scrotal lift and letting the patient choose two techniques. 1.Incision Infront of the scrotum 2. Incision at the back of the scrotum.
The patient asked some questions and clarification regarding the surgery. And decided to choose the incision at the back of the scrotum so the incision scar is not so visible after surgery.
After the consultation, Dr. Theerapong Poonyakariyagorn does the marking on the
Patient’s testicles where the incision was conducted. After marking the incision, the patient proceeded to the operating room to do the surgery. Scrotal lift can be done under local anesthesia or general anesthesia, but the patient chooses to do it under local anesthesia.
But for patients who have low tolerance for pain, we advise to do under general anesthesia so they will fall asleep during the surgery.
5 days after surgery, the patient comes back to our clinic for follow up consultation and stitches removal. Dr. Theerapong Poonyakariyagorn checks the incision sites, advice the staff to clean the incision sites and do the stitches removal. Dr. Theerapong Poonyakariyagorn prescribes another week of medications like antibiotics and anti-swelling medications since the patient has still swelling.
