This patient is a foreigner living in Bangkok and works as a teacher. Previously, she had a problem with her lips being too thin and small. She wants fuller lips but still looks natural without the need for fillers (Hyaluronic Acid) and she wants permanent results. The upper lip was injected fat 30cc and the lower lip was 20cc.
Five days after surgery, She returned to the clinic for follow-up and removal of the stitches. Swelling gradually decreases. Normally for this type of fat injection procedure, Amount of fat injected on average, approximately 20% will be lost, Which depends on how well are the injected fat cells able to combine with the original fat cells. The results of each patient are different. This patient understands this point very well. The wound in the liposuction area healed quickly and she is happy with the results after the surgery. She said that after 3 months If some fat is lost She would do it again to keep her lips plump like this forever.
