Breast Augmentation Motiva SilkSurface with Breast Lift

This patient is from Ireland but live in Bali, Indonesia. 25 years old. She made an appointment via Whatsapp of the clinic staff. in order to come to consult about “Breast Augmentation and Breast Lift” in the first consultation with the surgeon. She entered the clinic on January 23, 2023, When she and her boyfriend were on vacation in Bangkok, Thailand. due to New Year’s Eve
Her silicone implant brand of choice was Motiva SilkSurface 315cc (Full-profile), Implants Placement : Submuscular. But for the breast lift technique, Dr. Theerapong advised that both of her breasts were saggy and uneven in size. If she wants to lift her breast. A combination of two techniques is required.
– Right side : Anchor technique
– Left side : Lolipop technique

After the consultation, She said she wanted to book the date of the surgery. and will return for surgery in March because she has to work in Bali, Indonesia first. She has booked the surgery date is March 19, 2023.

When she returned to the clinic again for an appointment for surgery on March 19, 2023, The clinic staff made an appointment for her to consult with the surgeon again on March 17, 2023 to confirm the silicone implant size, implant placement and Breast lifting techniques, Including making the markings for surgery. But she told the surgeon that, After she researched information about breast lift. She said that she doesn’t want to do the Anchor or Lolipop techniques as they leave quite noticeable scars. And she’s still young, so she thinks she wants to do the Donut technique, which can lift and tighten not as much as the first two techniques. But there is a scar only around the areola. which she is okay with doing, and Dr. Theerapong agrees with, Because in the future, It can be done again with other techniques.

The surgery went well. This patient has returned to follow-up at the clinic twice. The first time after 5 days of surgery (March 24, 2023), Which she removed some sutures today. But there are some sutures that remain that cannot be removed. Because it’s not completely dry yet. And she came back to the clinic for a second follow-up with the surgeon (March 27, 2023) with all the remaining sutures removed. She said she was happy and very impressed with the results. Despite the pain during the first 5 days after surgery But the symptoms gradually improved. She is now ready to fly back to work in Bali, Indonesia.
